Mentoring

A Personal Journey

Full Supply walks a woman through her personal journey by taking her through a three-phase process:
(Click ONCE on each section below for more details.)

Journey with Jesus
Phase 1 – To Know Christ Personally

  • Mentor meets with the Mentee one-on-one each week.

This Phase provides long-term, life-changing results, such as:

  • Deepening a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
  • Establishing priorities for everyday life
  • Developing disciplines for spiritual growth and maturity
  • Knowing who they are in Christ

Journey of Faith
Phase 2 – To Equip Women for Life
8 Months

We provide a place where women can go to get answers to life’s tough questions. Here we will be challenged in a safe environment where we can be sharpened in love, honesty and accountability. By developing a strong faith and growing in character, women will apply what they learn and impact others around them.

  • Focuses on life application, character development and everyday struggles to put their faith in action.
  • Consists of 6 studies 6-10 weeks or a total of 8 months in duration
  • Assigned the same Mentor from Phase One
    • One-on-one meeting monthly
    • Inner Circle of Faith Roundtable group meets biweekly
    • Consists of one Mentor and three Mentees
  • This phase builds on the first phase. The mentees continue using methods taught in the first phase that flow into the second phase.
  • Here, women know Christ and God’s Word at a deeper level, study the scriptures and apply God’s Word to their lives, discuss life issues and share their faith with others.
  • In this second phase, women still have the benefit of meeting with their Mentor one-on-one and receive the value and community of a small group.

This phase provides long-term, life-changing results, such as:

  • A closer relationship with God
  • Learning to apply the Scriptures and walk by faith
  • Sharing their faith with others
  • Growing in camaraderie with others through community
  • Growing in character

  • Mentor meets with women monthly in person or by phone
  • Roundtable of Faith group meets monthly
