Margie Martin - Administration Coach

Margie’s role in Ministry Ventures is to assist new ministries with their administrative functions.  She is responsible for coaching them in time management, HR responsibilities, financial software, and data management that ministry leaders need to develop so they can scale their organizations

She comes to Ministry Ventures with over 30 years of experience in administration, personnel, technical editing, and training, primarily in the electronics industry.   For almost ten years she has had her own business, training in software programs; during this time she also worked as office manager for a family-owned restaurant in Northern California.

Margie has her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in English and is currently enrolled in the Corporate Coach U program.  She and her husband own their own business supporting ministries and small businesses with their back office responsibilities.  They enjoy being grandparents and hanging out with their adult sons and daughters-in-law.
